I was closely cooperating with Karolína for 7 months in the AIESEC at Charles University. Karolína is very fast learner. After few months in the organization, she took charge of whole international project Edison and she successfully finished it. I admire Karolína’s responsibility, enthusiasm and customer care.

Because I wanted to experience different areas of our organization, I sent EB application to become LCVP of oGX. It is similar to iGV but what is the difference is that we are sending students abroad for all kind of internships. I have the responsibility of maintaining relations with our country partners (Brazil, Indonesia and Romania). I lead a team of 8 people. We have weekly meetings, trying to find solutions to our problems, giving them tasks so they can improve. Thanks to this experience I can understand more how to lead a team. Show less

      • Aug 2018 - Jan 2019

After a few months in AIESEC, my skills were recognized by the president of my home LC. Product manager of CareerDAYS met me and I decided to join this team to help other students find their future. Our vision was to show students, who are the last year in university, companies where they potential will grow more. My position was New Seller - I was finding new companies to join our vision and provide information about themselves to students, but we were also providing them the opportunity to be seen among students and to find the best ones. I was focusing not only on big companies (fe. Unicorn), but also on star-ups (fe. TIMEPRESS). I contacted at least 40 different companies and were on 10 meetings (and 2 of the 10 meetings were successful). After 7 moths project got cancelled. Show less

    • Vice President of iGV
      • Jun 2018 - Jan 2019

After being an active member of iGV team, I promoted to vice president of this area and I also became a team leader.I had the responsibility for the realization of our project (EDISON), managing people (I had team of 3 people) and maintaining relations with our partners (schools and LCs in other countries).During fall 2018, when we started our project, I was the only one who was in iGV and that means I was in charge of everything. I had to take care of six students from foreign countries (Georgie, Turke, Tunisia, Italy, Albania) - provide them accommodation, be there 24/7 when something happens and every Monday I needed to be present in the school in which they were supposed to teach kids. With helps of others from my LC we did a really great job. As soon as this project ended we received feedbacks from schools which were positive. These schools became our accounts. After this project our main focus was winter project which was supposed to happen at the end of January 2019. So I was going on meetings, providing education to my new members, doing interviews with our potential students. I improved communication with our schools and also improved our process time - so we were faster with approving students. Even though we had problem with first week (the week when they will start to teach kids in school), we made the project even better and managed to find a solution. It is really hard to be responsible one, when it comes to term of projects - but I loved it. Show less

I became a member of Domination. My leader was Dominika Stefanikova, who is here for 8 years already, and I was a part of a team of more than 20 people. I was learning about time management, creating good habits, good sales talk, how to approach people, how to become a good seller. It was more than 6 month training to be prepared for my field, for every kind of situation. I learned a lor about sales, how sales talk is important, how our reaction is what matters and how we should manage our feelings, our response to others, how to do sales. It was amazing experience and I know it is going to help me in the future a lot. First week in the USA I was in Tennessee in Sales School which was intense five-day sales training. I also have a certificate which is uploaded down belove. I was selected to work in Houston, Texas. I was working 72+ hours a week, six days every week, met more than 100 families during the day.
