If you need a well-detailed analysis of anything in your project the best person to ask will be Karol. I never saw such a great level of detail, be it a simple task or very complex feature. The approach Karol uses is very straightforward: every change that is about to be applied goes through a set of pros and cons taking into account the current business needs. It may sound a simple thing but as you notice that everything goes through this analysis you start trusting him. It was always exciting to read a task description, a merge request or a review comment made by Karol. All it has to do was to admit how well Karol goes into the details and to simply implement it. Karol has a strong background in WEB technologies. He has good leadership skills and at the same time he doesn't afraid to get his hands dirty and fix some bugs. The quality of code he provides is always high. All these things lead not only to have a strong team member but also a potential for team growth. I learnt a lot from him in problem solving. I highly recommend Karol as his help should lead your project to success!

Karol is one of the most effective software engineers I've ever met. Precise in his judgement, he can pinpoint the root of any problem in an instant. He's an expert in building products others love to use, and he's a source of innovation and inspiration for others on the team. A prolific creator of both software and content, he's one of the most organized and hard-working people I know. Apart from being a creator, his honesty and confidence make him a great technical leader. I've really enjoyed our collaboration, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with Karol.

Since 2017, my job at Shedul covers a company-wide technical leadership over Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby/Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React efforts. This means coordinating front-end, back-end and devops efforts across multiple rapidly growing, globally used products. Most importantly, I'm putting my love for Elixir into use by introducing and building from ground up an Elixir/Phoenix stack with a team mostly experienced in Ruby on Rails. I've started at Visuality in an emerging team of 3 bosses + 3 employees and stayed all the way up to almost 30 people total, having a chance to develop or participate in about 25 projects. This guaranteed a constant challenge of varying workflows and requirements, specific to each stage of a software house growth. During that time I've had my hands full of work in the following areas: • Ruby on Rails development: sole end-to-end development of whole projects, cooperation in teams… Show more I've started at Visuality in an emerging team of 3 bosses + 3 employees and stayed all the way up to almost 30 people total, having a chance to develop or participate in about 25 projects.
