Do not hire Karolis if you want a code robot! This guy takes his time to think through things, understand the why’s and develop the best solution, taking into account the future and technical debt. He invests a lot in his learning, and is constantly trying to improve. He’s not afraid to deep dive into strong technical sessions with more senior members, and question why things are being done. Apart from all the hard skills, he has excellent communication skills, and is extremely well organized, probably the most organized developer I've ever worked with. You can count on him to organize the project portfolio, and come up with suggestions to improve processes.

Karolis is an exceptional developer who possesses all the skills one would need to become top level on software/web development. He shows that he really appreciates programming and he's always reaching for more knowledge and sharing that knowlegde with the rest of the team / other developers. He has been a great resource to our team and helped us a lot with his skills. He helped our team go forward into a better place in terms of documentation, code reviews while still delivering on time features and functionalities. Outside of the programming realm, Karolis is calm, organized and he's very capable of talking and explaining his points to other technical and non technical colleagues. I believe Karolis would be a nice addition to any dev team and i hope we work together again the future.
