Gdy dołączyłam do zespołu ALTENu Karolina była jednym z Managerów od którego się uczyłam. Mimo płynności i tempa zmian jakie następuję na rynku IT potrafiła zachować opanowanie i spokój. Zawsze starała się wychodzić z inicjatywą, nie tracąc przy tym dobrego nastawienia. Zaimponowała mi swoją profesjonalną postawą i podejściem do rozwiązywania problemów. Karolina jest osobą bardzo dokładną i zawsze sumiennie podchodzi do powierzonych jej zadań. Ciężko utrzymać równe tempo pracy przy tak zmiennym środowisku, Karolina jednak bardzo dobrze sobie z tym radzi. Jeden z prezydentów USA powiedział kiedyś, że jeśli to co robisz inspiruje innych do tego, by marzyć, robić więcej i stać się kimś lepszym - jesteś dobrym liderem. Muszę przyznać, że mnie zainspirowałaś :). Dziękuję za pomoc we wdrożeniu i cierpliwe podejście do mojej osoby.

I had the pleasure of working with Karolina at Alten company, collaborating on several projects together. What I really enjoyed in our cooperation is that she is a creative problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail. She always comes up with a solution to a problem, keeping the positive attitude at all times. Her analytical skills were very impressing for me and I have to say that she could also put them in practice helping her colleagues with reports and analytical tasks. Today, I give Karolina my highest recommendation because I strongly believe that her interpersonal skills and experience would be an asset to any company that will hire her.
