Karolina was a very hard working individual in her short time with us, her services were dispensed with through no fault of hers but a change in operational requirements within the business. She would still be with us if it was not for these changes that we had to make due to outside influences. Karolina has the ability to pick things up very quickly and adapt accordingly, she was meticulous in her approach following each and every process as required, but could very easily react to abnormal situations that we all experience in transport.
