When I first met Karolina a couple of years ago, she was a young ambitious student with big plans for her career. In all honesty, she exceeded in all of them. Each goal she sets she reaches. For me, Karolina is not only a great specialist and an inspiration but also a friend that I can always count on when it comes to anything work and off-work related. Which is a very clear indication of her team spirit and outstanding social skills. She’s also a person who constantly learns new things and shares her knowledge with people who she thinks might benefit from her insights. It’s safe to say Karolina pushes everyone around her to be better and think positively. We’ve been working together for the past 3 years on countless different projects, most of which required strategic thinking which is a really strong suite of Karolina. Project management is an innate trait of this girl, there is no project too big for her. Karolina is also very proficient in data analysis, which comes in handy every day. All in all, I believe Karolina is the best person to have on your team 😊
