I had a pleasure to work with Karolina during my first year in Booking.com. Karolina is really committed to her work. She is a person with excellent communicational, motivational and organizational skills. She also learns really fast and quickly adapt to new situations. As a Senior Account Manager she motivate team to work and always give them support. She never forgets to help coworkers with their personal development, not just within a team but also outside. I regret that I am no longer working with Karolina. She brings a lot of energy and happiness to the workplace.
