I met Karolina when she was an early career tester for BI project. We have worked for over 1,5 year and it was a pleasure to watch how Karolina learns on QA, test automation, continuous deployment and eventually ended as a lead tester. As a scrum master, I come into contact with many testers and Karolina is the best so far. She is a team player who sees the bigger picture. Her good sense for "test vs development" workload ratio ended with 100% automated test coverage for the project and good atmosphere in the team! Karolina’s talent as QA made her a valuable member of the project team and department too, she supported me with hiring interviews. Lunch will never be the same without her and she will be missed.
