Karolina byla a je komunikativní a pozitivní člověk, který je otevřený novým výzvám a pro jejich dosažení je připravena nasadit maximální úsilí. Její silnou stránkou je schopnost porozumění a naladění se na stejnou vlnu s partnerem (zákazníkem, kolegou) v rámci jednání a dále pak i analytické a systémové myšlení, díky kterému dokáže problémy řešit nebo minimálně nalézt cestu k jejich řešením. Spolupracovali jsme spolu ve 4 společnostech i v různých rolích a vždy to byla spolupráce, která byla super.
