Financing of the program comes from the anniversary funds established by UPM’s CEO Jussi Pesonen on his 50th anniversary. The aim of this program is to support international exchange of the Paper Engineers’ Association’s student members. Traineeship is an excellent way to learn to know UPM and a stepping-stone for a potential career with UPM.”
