I have cooperated with Karol for quite a long time. If I were to describe him shortly I would use words: The true leader. At first I thought that the values and the virtues are a marketing product of really high quality, but they are not. The values, virtues, his deep insight, his management style is exactly WHO HE IS. He hasn't learned how to become a leader. He is a natural born. It is his way of thinking and feeling of what management is all about, ways of building a company, building a team, building something, that means.
