I have cooperated with Karol for quite a long time. If I were to describe him shortly I would use words: The true leader. At first I thought that the values and the virtues are a marketing product of really high quality, but they are not. The values, virtues, his deep insight, his management style is exactly WHO HE IS. He hasn't learned how to become a leader. He is a natural born. It is his way of thinking and feeling of what management is all about, ways of building a company, building a team, building something, that means. Means to him, to all employees and to everybody around. It is about trust and credibility. It is about empathy and emotional intelligence. It is about strategic thinking and priorities.
