I have had the pleasure of working with Karol for almost three years and from the very start he was a very communicative and open person - often providing feedback and ideas for the areas he has been working on. He is organized with a friendly approach which makes working with him a real pleasure and he probably is going to be a great cultural fit for your team. His programming skills are good, his work solid and bug proof, but most importantly he is keen to expand his skillset further. Even though he had no prior experience he was a natural fit for a coordinator role and has been doing well organizing the work of his colleagues and managing the technical side of the project.
