1. Responsible for reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared by staff/seniors before they are issued to investors. 2. Responsible for responding to auditor requests during the annual audit. 3. Preparation and review of tax schedules prepared by staff/seniors for each fund. External CPA firm uses these to prepare the tax return for each fund and issue K-1’s for each investor.4. Approval of equity disbursements to projects which the funds invest in, ensuring all requirements in the partnership agreement are met before the cash is sent out.5. Work closely with project level CPA’s to ensure our investors receive both the credits and returns they were promised at the fund level.6. Worked closely with our IT staff during system conversion to make sure the new system would meet all of our investor reporting needs, recommending changes as needed.
