Shortly after the Athens programme, I attended a Czech-Philippine conference as part of my work. The aim was to present waste technologies for avoiding waste pollution and to get information about waste management in the country. It was a series of conferences held in the cities: Manila, Davao and Cebu. Here I had an opportunity to present innovative technologies and get foreign contacts.

ATHENS: Problem Solving Techniques & Innovation Culture Management

In November 2022, I took part in the Athens programme, specifically the course Problem Solving Techniques and Innovation Culture Management. The course included: understanding of engineering problems, finding engineering solutions to the problems and design product/process in light of the solutions, importance of innovative thinking, learning and applying tools & techniques for problem solving, team work, project proposal writing and managing projects according to the proposals, project management. This course was a great experience and taught me teamwork in a very diverse group of people of different nationalities. Show less
