Karo was a beacon of knowledge at Netigate. From setting up customer newsletters or marketing emails, to writing instructional guides for customers, I could always rely on her to share her knowledge and offer guidance. Karo was my manager when I first began working at Netigate as a freelancer, and her coaching played a part in why I was then able to later join the company as a full-time employee.
