  Co-ordination with third party inspection agencies like ABS, DNV, Intertek,GIL,BV etc. during various stages of Inspection as per approved ITP / QAP. • Survey of the receiving inspection of materials including verification of mill certificates and material traceability. Survey of cutting, forming, Forging, machining and weld activities including traceability of materials, welder qualifications and welding procedures. • Procurement of materials, vendor selection, Vender development, vendor approval Preparation of related Testing & Inspection Procedures. • Survey / Witness of Lab tests / Heat Treatment of Manufactured Products (Forgings) to ensure compliance with the applicable National & International Standards. • In Charge of Calibration Activities of Measuring & Test equipments & Instruments (Pressure Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Thread gauges). • Review of client specification & drawing before making quality plan, preparation of Quality Assurance plan & sending to client for approval. • Where ever applicable, resolve work related client issues including scope of work, quality of work and billing. • Document Control and record keeping. • As an Internal Auditor - Conducting Audits , ensuring Compliance with WOM QMS. • Dealt with the work of clearing SRF OTS & MTR through ERP monthly MIR report & NCR.
