I worked as a Para in a classroom with students who were educationally challenged. I worked one on one as a Para which I would go into different classrooms with the students that were assigned to me which allowed them to be included with all others in order to get their work done. I also was a Child Specific aide where I worked hands on with one student ensuring that all of the work assigned got done throughout the day, giving breaks or other time if needed for a rest, or change of scenery when tasks seemed to difficult and long.
