I was so blown away by the system she was using to manage her workload, that I started using it myself and it has helped with my own productivity in my day to day work. Karmen joined the Export Council of Australia (ECA) as a contractor in March 2017. She worked with me on redeveloping and improving the ECA brand; this includes everything from email signatures, letterhead and the style guide to the website advertisement banners, membership booklets and forms, as well as flyers and report templates. Since then, she has been working at the ECA on all our projects, developing creative solutions for our research reports (which are sometimes lengthy and need to be turned around in a short time-frame), social media marketing, event collateral (pull up banners, postcards, name tags, booklets, networking guides, power point presentations, as well as educational workbooks for our courses), International Business Today magazine, and many more.
