  1. Responsible for accounting and technical support for our customers using Cin7 which connect to their business accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Pro and QuickBooks Premier.2. Provide support to the existing customers about the maintenance of the integration between their Cin7 solution and Accounting software. 3. Make use of logic and problem-solving skills to resolve the customers’ accounting issues, while onboarding to Cin7 and during their life span with Cin7. 4. Assist customers in reconciling the inventory and sales values between Cin7 and their accounting package. 5. Understand the customers’ workflow for managing and accounting the inventory and establish accounting requirements that will provide solutions to their problems. 6. Communicate and educate the customers, developers, test analysts and the management to ensure that the Cin7’s Accounting integrations and features adhere to GAAP and IFRS and undertake the tests to control the quality of the accounting features. 7. Investigate, examine and resolve the accounting-related system problems.8. Test and escalate performance issues of the Accounting dashboards, modules, reports, and all the areas, where Accounting of Inventory can be potentially affected.9. Manage the Accounting ticket queue, including assisting the Tier 1. 10. Conduct customer and internal training. 11. Handle the escalations and churn-risked customers. 12. Assist the Business Analysts team in handling with the Accounting queries during their calls, through which they introduce the system to the potential customers.
