Acted as primary point of contact through design development, construction document, bidding and tender, and construction administration phases on multiple projects. Handled day-to-day collaboration with consultant teams beginning in design development to ensure delivery of coordinated project documents. Preparation of construction documents using both AutoCAD and Revit. Facilitating fully coordinated submissions to municipal authorities and securing building permits. Organized weekly coordination meetings throughout construction administration phase and collaborating with the with client group, contractor, and consultant team to ensure accurate execution of work on site.
