The school projects that Ms. Angol and I collaborated on, she quickly took the liberty of figuring out a work schedule around everyone in the group’s active social lives. This propelled her into the leadership role of our group. The other experiences I’ve had with Ms. Angol involved us working together at Wet Seal, which is a clothing store form teen and adult women. Ms. Angol created the schedules for each employee, assisted in inventory checks, and directed staff meetings. The outcome of each scenario ended in success with the leadership that she displayed.
