- Designed and implemented the Y Leadership and Volunteer Program within 5 schools (reaching over 200 students) in the community focusing on building community through service, enhancing the community they live in and personal growth through leadership development - Planned and led a Youth Leadership Retreat with a growth of 20 students in 2018 to 50 students in 2019 - Assisted in writing and was awarded a total of 3 grants to help support various youth leadership retreats - Led a total of 6 Counselors-In-Training in 2017 and then 10 Counselors-In-Training in 2018. The participants grew in leadership through hands on activities and camp training - Assisted in leading a high energy camp staff training focusing on creative leadership, inclusion and being “All In.” - Supervised and guided a total of 28 staff throughout the Youth & Teen Department; this includes the Climbing Wall, Teen Room and Youth/Teen programming (Outdoor Pursuits, Teen Trips, Education Programs) Show less
