      Marketing Operations oversee and perform the delivery of all marketing communications for the UK business. 56 million direct mail packs, 12 million loyalty communications plus 5.5 million policy & renewal documents. The department consists of 5 key areas - Creative Studio, Campaign Management, Production, Document Composition and Risk & Governance.I led the revolutionary project to move a significant CCM tool (GMC Inspire now Quadient) from an external supplier, into the business. This was a vision that required considerable justification to the business, as we were the first UK Company to undertake this move from PSP to client. I selected each member of the team (a combination of in house talent and external experience), identified training and development of that team and complete set up from scratch of a dynamic composition solution. The tool now produces all Marketing Communications in one place vastly improving customer experience as true omni-channel comes into play. The move has saved over considerable supplier costs, digital costs and enabled innovation throughout the Marketing department and is a key technology announcement to the City this FY. The experience has left the team holding valuable experience that is now heavily sought after by other large CCM focussed businessesAt the same time, we have implemented a new CRM system using Pega technology to and joined architecture to our CCM solution and data warehouse.
