Maintained great customer relations with the regulars and enjoyed the everyday interactions with them. I enjoy this job because I get to meet new people everyday and also look forward to seeing my regular customers. Working at Food Lion was very rewarding, customers were always nice and even if I was having a bad day that would soon change because it was so hard to not be in a good mood. It gave me a lot of opportunities to meet a variety of people and learn a variety of things, such as furthering my communication skills from working with all kinds of people. A typical day could be routine or not and working with the public is always an adventure. I learned a lot about customer service and how to manage people and tasks. The co-workers were always amiable. The hardest part of the job was handling some of the rushes that came through with a limited amount of staff.
