Karla has been a huge help for our teams in 3 different ways. First she helped my engineering team move from random sprint planning into a real scrum team with defined sprint goals and holding themselves accountable for committed work. Second she pushed me to get better organized in Aha/Jira with initiatives and epics that made since and were connect to company goals. Our work was accepted as the organization standard for the company - which made me look good. The third way she helped was in working with the other teams in the organization and helping them move to the same level of organization in Aha/Jira so that management could have one view of everything going on within the company.

Karla is the glue that holds high-performance teams together. I had the pleasure of working on a new venture in our innovation group with Karla. Karla applied her wealth of experience in agile, program, and project management to a lean start-up environment in a way that combined the best of both worlds. She spearheaded the creation of a new process that helped to mitigate some of the unique risks early-stage start-ups face, while simultaneously creating visibility into the project and decision-making process in a way that fit the corporate culture. The end result is a better product in a shorter period of time. I would highly recommend Karla for any team, project, or training. Her positive attitude and ability to roll up her sleeves and get it done, coupled with her ability to bring a team along for the ride is a valuable asset to any team.

Karla Manon was a student in the Internet retail course that I teach within the Master of Digital Marketing Degree Program at IE Business School. This was a competitive course populated with many high-achievers from countries around the world. Karla met the requirements of the curriculum and was particularly engaged during our program visit to University of California at Berkeley and the tour of leading companies in and around Silicon Valley. I enjoyed my conversations with her and believe she has the skills and perspectives needed to attain success in any career she chooses. I'm pleased to recommend Karla Manon.

Agile Consultant serving B2B Fortune 500 enterprise software companies that are trying to deliver products. My consulting firm focuses on the agile methodology to get the client’s products to market sooner. We offer implementation and agile transformation moving from Waterfall (or other frameworks) to Agile. The problem we strive to solve is about maximizing value. Companies that want to be agile, responsive to market forces and maximize the value from project-level investments will always strive for perfection, but never really expect to achieve it. In an agile transformation, the goal isn’t perfection, instead, it is to maximize the value provided today and increase the value provided tomorrow. Problem-solving techniques and problem-management methodologies are powerful tools to help companies assess opportunities and threats, and to allocate resources in ways that will help them achieve their agile goals. Some key services include: • Agile Training for team members and leadership. I’ve worked with VPs, Directors of Engineering, Operations Directors, Product Directors, and Project Managers. In addition, I help companies: • Develop teams to get up to speed more quickly and avoid common pitfalls building permanent change by designing metrics that enable sustainable improvements • Create the process design that builds the customer-centered approach into new product development • Improve product development predictability • Develop a reliable release cadence • Design a reproducible product development cycle • Drive continuous improvement • Collaborate better with stakeholders • Promote teams to create fast prototypes • Help teams improve prototypes through iterations • Assists teams incorporate user feedback into the product
