I provide leadership and project management to the Part A and Part B Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) operations. I am responsible for developing long-range planning, strategies, budgets, quality programs and meeting all performance requirements associated for our contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). I also manage all communication and build relationships with CMS, providers, associations and other contractors.

I act as the central point of contact for the Government for all contract issues for Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC, operations and staff. I also act as advisor to Noridian regarding contract compliance and is responsible for assisting Noridian staff with the understanding and interpretation of contract requirements and terms, development of contract modifications and change order requests, and responsible for overseeing the timely submission, tracking and implementation of contract modifications and change orders. This position also act as the principal liaison between the Federal and State governments and Noridian on contract matters.
