Under the direct supervision of the CEO of the Museum. My position provides administrative and managing support to the CEO, the Board of Directors, to the President of the Board of Trustees, the Artistic Committee and the Executive Office Team. Areas of responsibilities:- Financial and budgetary control record keeping- Administrative and curatorial support to the Museum Art Comittee- Working on special projects developed for the Museum - Prepare documentation and presentations materials, reports and charts -Support to the fundraising team- Dealing on a daily basis with a diverse groups of external callers and visitors such as: members of the Board of Trustees, gallery owners, collectors, artists, corporate representatives, etc. as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.- Act as a link of information and update between multiple departments of the organization- Coordination of meetings and conferences. Keeping record of the meetings. Operation management.- Management and coordination of some of the Museum's daily activities (Exhibition Programs and the Scenic Arts). Other duties developed until September 2013: - Production Manager of two workshops with artists and seminars.- Responsible of the management on the contracts for loans of pieces of art with other artistic institutions.- Support in the development of the fundraising strategies and membership program. - Responsible of the economic management of the membership program. - As a part of the developing team of the new website of the Museum University of Navarra. - Web-page Manager on contents and design. - Community Manager of the Museum Accounts: Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
