I would like to recommend Karl. He joined Capital One in 2012 within the Security dept - Karl seemed to settle in extremely well and was soon getting involved with different corporate events as well as balancing his core duties. Karl was always really helpful and happy to support when requested. In 2014 Karl progressed within the business and was promoted to Call Centre, Escalations Manager where he again I am aware he made a very positive impression. Something along them lines, but if you don't think anything is accurate then just leave it out Jayne Sorry to be bothering you though for something like this :) Have a good day!

      I was actually an accounts manager, helping customers from all different walks of life. Clear and precise communication was a huge part of the role as identifying issues and finding the right resolution for customers first time is of course what we aimed to do! Within this role I also had to liaise with more or less every department within the business, from Fraud right down to facilities if required.       Mainly my duties would be, operating a computerised till system that has a bar code scanner scanning items for customers weighing and pricing items such as fruit and vegetables using special tools to remove security tags checking customers' ages for restrictions on items like alcohol packing and wrapping purchases processing store loyalty cards, coupons and vouchers taking payments and making sure the till balances at the end of the day whilst also maintaining that high end customer service at all times.
