I managed Karl at the Royal Borough of Kingston for over five years. Karl has a wealth of experience in all areas of Facilities management. He was responsible for Health and safety compliance at a number of satellite sites across the borough, which included buildings with listed status. He has a wealth of experience in contractual management, pre planned maintenance, security and event management. Karl works especially , effectively within team environments, including not only direct reports but senior management colleagues.

I am pleased to be able to endorse Karl either as a fixed or mobile Facilities supervisor. He has extensive experience in Facilities Management gained over a number of year's on operational sites both modern and older type listed buildings. He has an excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety, static Security and Security systems. He is a self motivated individual and a good team player who has a track record of delivering services to an exceptional standard. He has good project management skills and is able to adapt to change as required with the ability to lead and deliver services in a timely fashion and within any budgetary constraints.
