I worked with Karl a few years ago where he was responsible for design and construction administration of the first new public elementary school in Addison TX. My experience working with him was very positive. He was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, focused and driven in his desire to provide value to the client. He was an excellent communicator, and I always felt that I was made aware in a timely manner of all issues throughout the duration of the project. He is someone you can count on when needed.
