  The effort of this project will be focused on quantitative methods for handling and processing LiDAR data and Digital Elevation Models using systematic and semi-automated approaches. The project will create a multipurpose approach for a wide array of scientific fields and application domains within informatics and the earth sciences, but with particular emphasis on archaeological landscapes and monuments of cultural heritage.
