  I generated, developed and sustained operations, spare parts manuals, installation, configuration, procedures as well as assisted with documentation for both customers and employees for both new and current products. Whilst providing additional information, I supported Design Office with completing design projects. Not only did I revisit and/or amend existing published materials but also improve documentation process in conjunction with key stakeholders and company standards. In addition, I consulted with product specialists and procurement officers to arrange schedules and manage release of technical documentation.
