In my time at Pharmaserve I have taken on a large number of role, my first role was a cell 1. As a cell 1 I was responsible for running filling and packaging equipment and ensuring that the daily production targets where meet. After a small amount of time I was trained to complete I.P.C (In Process Controls) line checks. After being at Pharmaserve for a year I was moved over to the development team and promoted to a development multi skilled cell 2. In this role I was trained in completing a number of different tasks from the first stage of product manufacturing. This would be to dispense and manufacturing raw materials and API that were required for development batches. Requesting components for development batches though the works order system and giving the pick lists generated to the warehouse team. Generate new batch documentation for new products. working with the development team when customer where on site to help answer any production quires that the customer had. complete I.P.C line checks and GMP documentation in real time. Complete miner maintenance on all equipment in the development suite. Any major repairs that were required I would have to raise a job ticket using the PEMAC system. Ensuring that all equipment was within calibration and if not inform the engineering depart. When working with the development team I asked if I would consider completing a NVQ level 3 in engineering. which I passed in February in 2017. In June 2017 I was promoted to a line maintenance engineer. As a engineer I am responsible for maintenance for all equipment on site though weekly and monthly works orders generated on the PEMAC system. This could be from production equipment to site service. I also have to attend line breakdowns and batch changeovers form product to product. Show less
