      The focus of this role is to the customer and ensuring Shcenck Process are able to understand and identify what the customer needs are and offer solutions that provide a benefit to the customer that he can attribute a value to. This system has been put forward for a number of safety and innovation awards by the Client.• Provided technical support for all areas of the business, domestic and globally for the Train Loading product• I successfully implemented lean design philosophies to the TLO product, which has led to the standardisation of the product range from over 20 variants to 4 variants.• In coordination with the major locations, I developed a new TLO product range for a global market. To complete this I undertook a market and competition analysis to identify a new potential market arena for Schenck Process.• I provide global support for the product in all the major mining regions including Australia, China, India, South America and Europe.
