I am currently a Supervisor at Flannels in Preston. In my role, I work within the management team to run both the shopfront and back of house. I support, supervise and motivate the performance of the team at Flannels to ensure our sales targets are met and exceeded. I make certain that I am a strong presence on the shop floor to support the team and drive sales. Managing customer feedback and using it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in my area is something that I am proud to do, as this furthers my ability to provide the best customer experience. I assist the management team by maintaining all paperwork and making sure all policies and procedures are carried out correctly throughout the store. When the Manager is away, I am in charge of running the store, following all company policies, delegating to my team and delivering our KPI’s, whilst keeping a high level of customer service. I use my natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand my knowledge of products and competitors. I have excellent analytic skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales data, with this strength I am able to provide weekly reports to head office. Whilst being part of management, I make certain that I keep a professional attitude at all times and ensure that the store is run smoothly.
