  Served as an HR Systems Project Manager at General Electric, starting in Organizational and Talent Development before transitioning to a systems-focused role. As part of a global team, I supported both GE Healthcare and GE Corporate offices. My responsibilities included the implementation and rollout of new HR systems, with a keen focus on user experience design. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of systems and processes on a global scale.
