Her technical and artistic expertise, combined with her tremendous willpower, makes her the kind of backbone resource everybody wants on their team.       I had the leading responsibility of the character team in the game project MilMo. Contentwise in both MilMo and Tuff Tanks, my main role was Animator but I was also working as a Technical Artist and 3D/2D Artist. As a Lead Artist I managed a team of 3-4 people and made sure that tasks were fullfilled on time. I worked in team with the producer to set goals and estimate time for tasks. The tools used for planning was in-house developed and Hansoft Project Manager Client. As an Animator I had responsibility for anything animated in 3D or 2D in the games we produced. This includes animating, rigging, skinning, basic scripting, particle effects, movie editing, animated ads/logos and be part of designing pipelines regarding the animation systems in game. My 3D/2D artist tasks were to work where I was currently needed. Like help out with modeling, texturing, paint icons, clean up art assets, optimize art assets, make vector art, script content, make concept art etc. Show less
