Brendan Church
Karina has extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement, including within Indigenous communities across Australia. Through her work in the government, private and community sectors, Karina has consistently demonstrated her committment to work in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to build the capacity of communities. We recently engaged Karina to develop a cultural immersion experience for a group of Indigenous leaders from across our business. Karina's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond enabled this to be a memorable experience for all involved.
Sharron Noske
Karina has a diverse range of skills and can think outside the box. Over a number of years she has written proposals and grant applications, managed community engagement projects and created effective social media and communication strategy and delivery for me. I would absolutely recommend her as she has a deep understanding of remote Australia and sees the possibilities. Karina has delivered numerous pieces of work in government, not for profit and corporate consulting.

Starwin was founded in Darwin in April 2010, and our vision is to create social change by providing career pathways for women to do what they love, where they love. We have worked with over 80 community organisations to provide consultancy services with the goal to do business better. In turn, this has led to providing programs and opportunities for hundreds of young people to develop as leaders. In 2019 we transitioned to our MK Eco by Starwin model and have grown our presence across the tropical north, now being co-located in Darwin and the Daintree. Our spaces support a large number of local Makers + Kreators, to showcase their corporate and cultural gifts for locals and visitors to the tropical north. We also offer custom workshops cultural tour experiences and corporate gift packages. Our vision is to create a Made with Kindness Economy and each year we pay it forward with our Each One, Teach One Career Mentoring program, our Higher Attire for Young Stars project and other local initiatives. If you are seeking a consultant for community change and corporate leadership, or wish to collaborate for your next event in the top end, connect @ www.starwin.com.au
