  I am currently working under the Research Center of Ecosystem Resilience (ReCER) at the Australian Institute of Botanical Science (AIBS). My position helps ensure the team's work to process smoothly and optimally. This involves a number of different tasks such as maintaining and organising 100,000+ genetic samples, engaging myself in field work, finding quotations, and so on. - Managing ~100,000 samples through databasing collection information, maintenance and organisation of their storage - Creation of procedures and R Scripts to ensure streamlined processing of samples - Working with team members to ensure optimal efficiency of project completion - Engaging in field work trips to help gather genetic samples. Involves learning flora identification skills, and following WHS protocols - Wet lab work on Lenwebbia sp. for full genome sequence.
