      The Point Lobos Foundation (PLF) supports the Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, considered the crown jewel of California’s 280 State Parks. Since 2017, I have served in multiple capacities: oversight of a governance board, Executive Director, 12 Directors, 5 committees, 2 task forces, budget, annual operating plan and E-commerce; developed new Director onboarding program; co-led development/implementation of a 5-year Strategic Plan; facilitated board-driven fund development & retreat; established Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Task Force in June 2020 which includes collaboration with local black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) community leaders.
