I am a dedicated food blogger, who loves to write food and travel-related content. My food photography has greatly improved over the years, I have a good eye for unusual viewpoints. I can also create content for apps and websites from my own perspective. Cookbook reviews, food travel and recipe development for new independent products are also in my repertoire and I often visit food fairs and trade shows to try and write about new products. As a Coach in the PICTURES project, I coordinated all activities (technical, training, procedural, MoC) required to implement the new check-in software at the international Lufthansa Stations worldwide. 14,000 users at 120 locations. This included negotiations with top management, Station Managers and Handling Agent Representatives, assessment of local procedures and infrastructures in order to implement the software and improve customer service and workflow. This included negotiations with top management, Station Managers and Handling Agent Representatives, assessment of local procedures and infrastructures in order to implement the software and improve customer service and workflow. I also developed concepts, organized and led workshops for both functional and MoC (Management of Change) topics. I developed and implemented a 9-month 4-phase qualification and mentoring concept for Regional Innovation Managers as a pilot for developing Innovation Managers in all regions. From 2004 - 2008 I rolled-out the new check-in system at the following Stations worldwide: JFK, CDG, VCE, BEY, OTP, ALA, MAA, BLR, DXB, TBS, ADB, IAD, DEN, YVR, IST, TXL, AMM, SFO, BKK, and NCE. In this function I had overall responsibility for timely and successful software implementation, while coaching and managing cross-functional teams in a variety of cultural environments. Goals included standardization, harmonization of service products in order to offer one face to the customer worldwide by using MoC (Management of Change) measures. I was also the Area Coordinator for all the North and South American Stations – liaising with local Area Management and Project headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany.
