  Silex Microsystems manufactures mechanical and electrical micro-scale systems that are built in the form of chips, known as MEMS. MEMS technology enables, for example. manufacture of pressure sensors that are so small that they can be introduced into the bloodstream of a human. As a processoperator, you are responsible for manufacturing in a number of different steps in a clean room environment. Among other things, you perform microscope inspections, pick up and handle equipment required for production and participate in the improvement work in the factory. - Deep Reactive Ion-Etching is a highly etch process to create deep penetration, cavities, holes, structures, and trenches in silicon wafers. This is a critical and essential part of MEMS development and production.- Induced with the only recognized and pantented so-called "Bosch- process" invented by Dr Franz Lärmer & Andrea Schillip at Robert Bosch GmbH in the late 90's.
