Ate Wireless DNA I was directly responsible for the integration of the Roger stores within the organization. Wireless DNA is the largest Fido dealership in Canada and with their new venture into Rogers store, I was brought on board to ensure the success of a dual branded company. A proper understanding of the second brand was required, along with training on the wider variety of products and services now being sold. I was responsible for working with the store managers and sales staff in achieving the sales quotas set our by not only Rogers, but Wireless DNA as well.

With my time at Uptown Communications I saw the company grow from 6 Rogers stores and 5 corporate sales reps to the level of 21 Rogers & 3 Fido stores, as well as 12 corporate sales reps. On the retail side of my role I was responsible for ensuring quarterly and annual sales quotas were not only divided up to the locations, but to also ensure the success in all locations not only achieving, but surpassing these levels. I worked closely with not only our own internal marketing team, but also with Rogers Marketing Department to produce campaigns that escalated Uptown Communications (uptownwireless.ca) to be the most widely recognized Rogers dealership in the GTA. I worked closely with the store managers and district managers to hire, train and motivate new and existing staff to offer customers the most enjoyable retail experience in the industry. With our corporate sales reps I had grown the team to be the highest producing dealer corporate sales teams in the Rogers Dealer channel. I have worked with customers from a wide variety of industries ranging from enterprise accounts such as government and financial institutions to SMB customers. I was responsible in ensuring that the corporate sales reps were updated on new rogers initiatives and directions and for focusing on growing the account base in the SMB sector. Successfully negotiated contracts with many organizations and ensured not only a timely implementation of products and services, but also oversaw the after sales support for the customers.
