Nashib Qadri
Karim was a great addition to our team during a particularly busy time for us. He was able to work independently and improved line routing algorithms for compactness and legibility for one of the diagrams that could be built with our tooling. He also worked on several complex defects in the area of model comparison and model merging. The code base for this feature was large and daunting and required substantial debugging skills. Working with Karim was a pleasure and I would recommend him for a software development position.
