Developed and lead an extremely talented and creative marketing team. Executed marketing campaigns that have been, to date, the best I've ever seen or been a part of.Creative brainstorming sessions were held on a weekly basis and the creativity would explode out of them. Of course, the meetings always included a catered lunch for all - I think it was the chocolate candies though that really generated the flow of ideas - or maybe it was the 5:00p happy hour?
