  Engineering Director in charge of managing and coordinating civil, transportation, and railroad projects. My experience involves working on a variety of civil, transportation and railroad engineering projects. As a project manager, I ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, working closely with clients as the project develops. As a managing engineer, I work on design and construction projects bringing my technical team members onto the project as needed to fulfill the design, permitting and construction requirements. My experience covers mainline, yard, siding, spur and industrial track design as well as site assessment and railroad facility design, specializing in projects that require extensive communication and coordination between client, contractors, agencies and other consultants. I also have experience working as a geotechnical engineer as well as in the field on track and drainage inspection, railroad and road construction, and construction documentation. I manage projects, lead and coordinate design efforts, and mentor junior staff. I am responsible for the preparation, design, drafting and review of engineering plans, reports and documents.
