Being raised with a mother who was a hair stylist & an uncle who was a sports photographer... creativity was something I saw every day around me. I remember sitting in the color room at my mother's salon as they formulated color. My mother bought me a water color set &construction paper age of 8, this is how I learned color, with that fear gone the rest came easy. Hair & Makeup seemed to be a natural feed as an outlet for me to not only express my creativity especially when my work was being captured on film.... but to help the people I worked with re-create themselves! Early in my career I had the privelage of working with fashion photographers, modeling agencies, fashion magazines, & WGAL Channel 8. Having an ear for listening to the details, is what I believe makes a difference in my work to my clients. My passion for photographs was developed after I had children. I didn't have a camera in my hand since the age of 3, although I remember always being photographed and fixing everyones hair while my uncle took the shots. I think I inadvertantly learned through one passion, my other passion~ photography. Instead of being directed, I decided to pick up the camera and be the director, photographer & stylist myself! When I became a mother watching my children grow, well that was something that was beautiful! I wanted to be able to look on my life when I am 80 years old, and watch this filmstrip of my life... images that I have captured, and the candid innocence within. The name "Inspire" came to me, because that is what my clients do for me, my family has done for me, and as a self taught artist & mother, I hope that is what I can do for someone else. Nothing is without hard work, as long as you have passion & find things in this world that inspire you, charge you while you become your best you & give back in the process of it all. Show less
