  After MSD merged with Schering-Plough, I was selected for the role as HR Lead for the new integrated Company. I was responsible for all HR related activities during the merger; Organizational Design and Restructuring, building the "New MSD" Culture as well as Harmonization of all benefits. In 2012 I was the Process owner of the relocation process when MSD moved Offices from Solbakken to Papirbredden. Since July 2014 I have been responsible as HR Lead in Denmark as well as Norway.
