  Ambu have an ERP/Business Consultant team working globally out of the Danish headquarters. The team travels all over the world to support and implement the ERP system changes. Consequently, I am very experienced in stakeholder management as we work with a wide range of different cultures and roles within the Ambu organization. I am the main contact within the ERP/Business Systems organization within the fields of Logistics, Warehouse, Sales and Interfaces. I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of interesting projects. My most recent project was a step up of Ambu’s M3 ERP system and the all supplementary systems that works together with M3. The step was documented in Ambu Agile PLM solution and went live globally in June 2017. Among my responsibilities in this project was building documents to support the processes and uploading them to Agile PLM. Consequently, I was working with PLM as a super user understanding the system and the possibilities within it. Participating in the roll out of the M3 systems when Ambu purchased King Systems in the US. After 100 days we had built a solution where all aspects of Sales had been transferred into M3, and all other systems had interfaces into the M3 Solutions. Subsequently we have implemented the full M3 system in our factory in Noblesville. Participating in choosing and subsequently designing Ambu’s Logistic solution with several 3 PL partners in US and EU. The solution is fully automated and both systems work together online. Implementing M3 in the American, French and Australian subsidiaries. Step up of the Ambu M3 Platform. We chose a Big Bang approach and went live with the system in Malaysia, China, USA, and Denmark at the same time. Introducing Movex mobility scanner solution in USA, Denmark, and Malaysia. Choosing and working with EDI solution for Ambu. First for the Danish company, subsequently for the American companies, our 3 PL solutions and interfaces from Ambu’s Agile PLM solution to M3.   I spent 14 years with Brdr. A&O Johansen and enjoyed a wide range of interesting opportunities. I started out working in Sales, (Kolding, Hørsholm and Lyngby) Next was Logistics in the warehouse in Albertslund, during which time I obtained a degree in Logistics. Subsequently I was fortunate enough to move to Purshasing and Negotiations where I handled a number of contracts with our suppliers to the warehouses. My final opportunity within A&O was as Business Consulent - where I was a part of the process of choosing a new ERP system and assisted in the split implementation of the ERP change from DC4 to Movex M3. We started with implementing the Warehousing and Logistics aspects of the ERP solution and implemented Finance and Purchasing 1½ year later. This unique split implementation worked perfectly for the company and allowed the business to adjust to a new solution. Show less
