During this enjoyable period I got to know Karen as a very enthusiastic, sparkling, dynamic person with a strong focus on both customer and colleague relationship. Everything Karen does is sustained by her passionate character, consequentially enabling anyone who interacts with Karen to benefit of her catching drive. Randstad strongly believes in blended learning as a tool to achieve this. As Learning Manager I am responsible for a great team of Learning Coaches. They play an important role in the development of our collaborators. They work decentral, in small learning groups and often in a one on one relationship with the coachee. This way they can take in account individual needs and questions of the coachee and offer on the job training. My role as Learning Manager also includes the management, development and implementation of the concept’ Learning Coach’, thus guaranteeing national uniformity. The world of work evolves constantly and since Randstad has the ambition to be a world leader we have to keep up and sometimes even want to be ahead of change.
